Jesus loves YOU

We live in a world which can at times be very harsh, unfriendly and even cold and loveless. It is enough to make a person want to give up at times in life. So what keeps us going?

For the believer in Jesus it is not so much what but WHO. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ keeps us going. Only He can renew us and revive us when we feel broken and crushed.
The Bible tell us that God is Love. He delivers His love to us each day with the wonderful ways He solves our problems. Daily He gives us food, clothing and all that we need to live including the love of other people.
Jesus our God shows us His love best in the wonderful manner in which He removed our sin, guilt and shame. This He did when he first came here to earth to live a perfect life for us. Then Jesus willingly went to the cross to take away our sin, guilt, and shame though His sufferings and death on the cross. Three days later Jesus rose from the dead and lives to love you and me and all the people of this sinful world. Let us be mindful that the Lord is near the brokenhearted and the crushed in spirit. He loves us with a boundless love.
